Payments must be “received” by your Association no later than the 1st day of the month due…take into account transit time / USPS snail mail delays due to COVID, Labor Shortage, Holidays/Weekends. If you have previously been notified of a past due balance in your account, the entire amount due must be paid in addition to the current assessment at this time. A minimum late fee ($50 effective 1/1/2023) will be charged monthly until your account is brought current.
